Sports coaching is requested either directly by an athlete or by a team that wants to improve its sporting performance and/or define its direction more clearly. Here too, coaching can be applied in any sporting environment and therefore in any sport.
Athletes or entire teams in crisis who have lost their way or are stressed by the need to maintain high physical and mental standards at all times. Regaining concentration and, above all, managing one's emotional state in rapidly changing situations or before a performance.
