LEADERSHIP COURSE
A one-day course during which participants will learn the principles of leadership and the characteristics of great leaders.
Leadership styles will be explained according to Goleman's principles of Emotional Intelligence, managing one's emotional state, and how to convey and spread one's VISION.
Topics covered:
- How to improve your communication and standing
- Identify your leadership style.
- Knowing how to communicate and disseminate your "VISION" and "MISSION"
- Use the Leadership model in every work and personal context
- Managing your own and others' emotional state when necessary
- Use levels of thinking to be an effective leader by giving feedback appropriately
- Guiding people and organizations toward change
- Use the principles of persuasion and guide people toward their goals and those of the team.
Objectives:
The objective of the business leadership course is to provide participants with the principles of leadership through theoretical and practical activities, giving those who attend the opportunity to develop their skills as leaders and guide work teams, companies, and organizations toward a goal, supported by a purpose.
