Welcome to Olivander Consulting. I am Riccardo Montanari, a graduate in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, Executive Coach, NLP Trainer and LUXX Profile Instructor.
The name was inspired by a celebrated wandmaker from the Harry Potter stories. The wand in our logo expresses our belief: potential is not added from outside; it is recognised and put back into action.
Olivander works internationally through tailored training and coaching programmes. We support companies and organisations with change management, leadership development and people engagement to create tangible, lasting results in everyday work.
