A corporate training workshop with a group of professionals

Learning experiences built around your organisation

Corporate Training

Programmes built around real challenges, turning learning into changes you can see in everyday work.

Let's talk

Training creates value when it continues to make a difference after the session ends. That is why every Olivander project starts with understanding the context and is designed around the people who will put the learning into practice.

From the brief to changes in behaviour

Understanding the need

Goals, culture, language, participants and real situations provide the starting point for the programme.

Programme design

We develop content, exercises and tools that reflect the day-to-day work of the participants.

Putting learning into practice

We connect the learning experience to decisions, conversations and outcomes that can be observed over time.

Our areas of focus

Leadership, collaboration, communication, public speaking, sales, negotiation, change management and self-awareness. These topics can be combined into short courses or comprehensive learning programmes.

  1. Before. Interviews, surveys or planning conversations to understand the real need.
  2. During. Interactive sessions, case studies, simulations and discussions built around the working context of the participants.
  3. After. Follow-up sessions, coaching, practical tools and reviews to support learning on the job.

In person, online and across borders

The format follows the goal: in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, hybrid sessions or programmes delivered over time. We work in Italian and English with organisations across Europe, the United States and the Middle East.

“Training and coaching matter when they change what happens afterwards.”

Let's start with a conversation

Let's turn your challenge into a practical programme.

Our first conversation

The skills
What you want to help people do better.
The participants
Their roles, experience and working environment.
Putting insights into practice
How you would like participants to apply what they learn at work.

Tell us about your situation, the people involved and what you would like to achieve. Together, we will work out the most useful first step.
