Welcome to Olivander Consulting. I am Riccardo Montanari, an Executive Coach, NLP Trainer and LUXX Profile Instructor with a degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques.
Our name was inspired by a well-known wandmaker in the Harry Potter stories. The wand in our logo reflects our belief that potential is not something added from outside: it is something to recognise and bring into use.
Olivander delivers tailored training and coaching programmes internationally. We help companies and organisations manage change, develop their leaders and engage their people, with a focus on practical, lasting results in everyday work.
