Hello, I'm Riccardo Montanari, an international executive coach and trainer, and I welcome you to Olivander Consulting.
I founded a training and coaching company with this name because, many years ago, I was inspired by a fictional character who appears in the series of books written by J.K. Rowling about Harry Potter.
Olivander, in this saga, is one of the best makers of magic wands, and it is to him that every wizard goes to buy their wand.
The wand that appears in our logo is the elder wand, the most powerful wand in the world, capable of repairing even broken wands, restoring them to their original power.
This fictional story led me to think about how, in everyday life, we can express our potential, at work and in our private lives, by doing incredible things.
Just look around to understand what human beings are capable of: building cities, bridges, ships, airplanes, and even going into space, and perhaps, one day, colonizing other planets.
