What is the LUXXprofile?
The LUXXprofile is an extraordinarily powerful method for getting to know yourself and others better. It is a standardized questionnaire, scientifically validated by the University of Luxembourg, which measures the intensity of the 16 fundamental motives that drive human behavior.
The profile that emerges is a sort of "fingerprint" of the personality, offering an extremely accurate reading of the person's characteristics.
Who is the LUXXprofile aimed at?
After successfully using it with many of our clients in various sectors, the LUXXprofile is the motivational analysis tool we have chosen to integrate into all our coaching, training, and consulting activities.
Our Trainers
The personal LUXXprofile is conducted, analyzed, and interpreted by our specialist staff. Trainers Riccardo Montanari and Luca Sartori are LUXXprofile Masters who have completed the necessary training to be able to offer the tool to companies and individuals interested in profiling themselves.
